During the trial you have all of WarDen. When it ends you stay on the plan you picked when you signed up, and Stripe charges that plan to the card you entered, then every month after that. You can change plans before in My account. If you cancel before day 30, you are not charged anything.
Yes. In My account tap "Manage payment or cancel". WarDen keeps working until the month you already paid ends and then it turns off on your server. There are no refunds for the current month.
We keep it for 30 days in case you come back. After that it is deleted: tournaments, players, verifications and your brand.
No. You collect entry fees and respins from your players the way you always do; WarDen only keeps count. The plan payment is the only thing charged here.
Yes. On PC the player runs the check on their machine; on PlayStation or Xbox they send photos of their setup and controller. Your staff reviews and approves. EVS never disables anything on the player's PC.
No. It is a preventive measure: it checks the PC (or asks for photos on console) and gives your staff information to decide, but no check like this is foolproof and a determined cheater can get around it. It helps, it is not a guarantee. That is why the final call is always your staff's, and there are surprise checks and a shared blacklist.
It comes with the Organizer plan. A player types /pregunta and the assistant answers only them, with your server's live tournament data (entry fee, respins, prize pool, table) and what your staff taught it with /faq. If it does not know something, it does not make it up: the question goes to your staff, your answer reaches the player by DM and the assistant learns it. It uses Claude, by Anthropic. It can make mistakes, so every answer reminds players to ask staff if something looks off.
Yes. In Support you can write to us or tap Talk to a representative: you join a private waiting channel on our Discord and we get notified to help you personally.

Every new tournament, start and champion reaches your #war-den-admin already written, with the champion card and a Post on X button. X charges each post to you, from your app's balance; WarDen charges nothing extra.

Yes. WarDen speaks English and Spanish. Each server picks its language with /idioma: public messages, images and OBS pages come out in that language. What only you see (private replies and DMs) follows the language of your Discord app. Commands show their descriptions in English if your Discord is in English. The web panel and the EVS report are still in Spanish for now.
There are four: NOVICE, DETRI, AM and PRO, separate for customs and 2v2. Each map compares how you played (placement and kills in customs, wins against who in 2v2) with what is expected at your level: you go up if you play above it and down if you play below it. Each rank also asks for a minimum of maps.
