Cancellations and refunds

Cancel anytime

Go to My account and tap Manage payment or cancel. Stripe's secure page opens and you confirm the cancellation there.

During the free trial

If you cancel before the 30 free days end, you are not charged anything.

If you already paid

When you cancel, the next month is not charged. WarDen keeps working on your server until the month you already paid ends and then it turns off. We do not refund the current month or partially used months.

Your data

After it turns off, we keep your server's data for 30 days in case you come back. After that it is deleted and cannot be recovered.

Charges by mistake

If you see a duplicate charge or one you do not recognize, write to us at [email protected] and we will look into it. If the mistake was ours, we will refund the money.
